The latest Devco Group property development, Admiral Beach is proud to announce its partnership with Afrirent Holdings (Pty) Ltd a 100% proudly black female owned fleet management company and newest entrant into this exiting project. Afrirent Holdings’ through their WINK management company will manage the apartments under an agreement from the owners which is part of this mixed-use development.
